H.S. Engineers Magnesium Oxide board made of magnesium oxide which is chemical composition of magnesium and oxygen. This board is very useful for acoustic wall paneling, high performance, environmentally friendly, non-insulating sheathing board, fire resistance, weather ability, strength, resistance to mold, mildew. Water Resistant
H.S. Engineers Magnesia board is water resistant and virtually impervious to water (not more than 0,34weight %)

Mould and insect resistant
H.S. Engineers does not support the growth of mould or mildew also as it is inedible so insects have no interest in it.

Flame resistance
H.S. Engineers Magnesia board is High fire resistance, non-combustible product , Class A1 fire rating to European standards., prevents fire and flame spread thus allowing controlling fire.

Acoustic insulation
H.S. Engineers Magnesia board is wallboard alternative to conventional gypsum-based. It can be use as Acoustical wall Partition characterized by excellent Sound Isolation & with perforation for sound absorption. It can be used for interior or exterior applications It can be successfully used in combination with modern insulation materials for exterior decoration of the building at quite low values of Sound Isolation (44db – 60 db) & Sound Absorption (0.80) , also it can be scored and snapped, sawed, drilled, and fastened to wood or steel framing.
