Manufacturers of galvanized steel Flush Fire doors of 60 / 120 minutes fire rated tested in accordance with IS 3614 Part 2 & BS 476 Part 22

FRAME: – Door frames to be single / double rebate profile manufactured from 18 / 16 gauge galvanized steel profile supplied in assembled form ready to install at site.     Manufactured from two galvanized steel sheets lock seam jointed at stile edges to form a double skin fully flush shell. Additional reinforcements for all hardware fixtures as required.

SHUTTER: – Door Shutter in 46 / 55 mm thick steel fire Check door of 60/  120 minutes Fire rating confirming to BS ;476 Part-22and IS : 3614 Part-II Fabricated with 2 No. 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet sandwiching infill of (96 kg /Cum) Honeycomb structure M3 mineral wool with proprietary fire resistant insulation materials in-between.

HARDWARE:- Hinge :- SS Balbaring hinge , Door Closure, Door Lock, SS Door Handle , Panic Exit device , Fire rated Glass vision panel as desired by client
